Shipping Process
Once Lady Collection have received your order, your order will be processed. Because LadyCollection.net provides pre-order service, your order will be shipped within 4 weeks time. Lady Collection send the items through local mail provider, Singapore Post or self-collection service also be provided.

Do note that processing may take longer during peak festive or sale periods. 
Lady Collection will send you an e-mail once your order has been shipped.

Shipping to a Different Address
Customer may place an order to be shipped to another address (other than your billing address) or to another recipient. Please enter the details during checkout.

Please note that the service provided by Lady Collection is mainly in Singapore. Buyer from other countries is encouraged to contact monique.yoyo for further information.

Shipping Fee
SGD10 fee is required for shipping within Singapore. Once you have confirmed your order, LadyCollection will send an email to you to reconfirm and collect SGD10 shipping fee within 2 working days.

Self-Collection
Self-Collection is provided for Singapore area. SGD2 fee is required for transportation fee.Once you have confirmed your order, LadyCollection will send an email to you to reconfirm and collect SGD10 within 2 working days. SGD8 will be returned to you during the meet up.

Normally, MRT station is the main self-collection place.

Free Self-Collection
This service is only provided for customer who agree to meet up at Sembawang MRT station. Contact number will be given via msn and email once your order is arrived.

Lost of Product in the Shipping Process
Once Lady Collection has sent out the product for shipping, Lady Collection will not responsible for any loss or damage of the product in the shipping process. Lady Collection will take utmost care to pack the goods in proper protective plastic bags, bubble wraps and paddings (if required). All items are checked for defects and carefully wrapped to prevent damages in the mail process before delivery.

Oversea Buyer
Everyone are welcome to Lady Collection. Order form and paypal for payment are provided for overseas customer. If customer have any doubt, feel free to contact monique.yoyo or fill in the enquiry form.
