Method
Lady Collection accept online payments from customers with - or without
- PayPal accounts. For more information, please visit Paypal Website.
Accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), eCheques, bank transfers, and PayPal
accounts.
- What do customer see when check
out?
Customers go through a four-step process to pay for a purchase:
- Click the Add to Card button on the bottom part of the selected items.
- After finish shopping, click on View Cart Button.
- If customers have a PayPal account, log in to PayPal. If customers don’t have a PayPal account, enter all
payment information on a web page protected by PayPal.
Customers will review and complete the purchase on PayPal.
- Then return to LadyCollection website.
- Do customers need a PayPal account to make
payment?
No. Customers can pay with your credit/debit card (Visa,
MasterCard, American Express) — all without having a PayPal account. For more information, please visit
Paypal Website.
- Does
LadyCollection receive payment other than Singapore currency?
Although all
Lady Collection prices are nett and priced in Singapore dollars, customers can make payment with other
currencies supported by Paypal.
Bank
Transfer Payment Method
Lady Collection.net accept POSB bank transfer. Once receive purchase form or sms from customer, Lady Collection.net
would count the total payment for customer, includes shipping fee, discount, etc. Bank account no. would be told in
email or sms, depends on customers' order mode.
- How customer prove for
payment?
For customer who makes payment by bank transfer, Lady Collection would like customer to
send an email to monique.yoyo@gmail.com or sms to +65
8278 7299 after customer has transfer the money :

Remember :
Attach transaction receipt. Amount, date and account no. should be seen clearly. |

When to receive bag
After
complete all payment, customer are advised to wait patiently
for 4 to 6 weeks upon bag arrival. Customer can check bag arrival date and bag status at any
time.
